Joel and Base64 encoded UTF8

Sorry Joel, but base64 support was commented out,

       #if (base64_decode($mailrawbody, true)) {
        #    $content = base64_decode($content, true);
        #};

It's not now.. but I don't have a good client to test. Can you do that
again?

As for Microsoft "owning" code, that was a joke.. ;)  Microsoft has a long
history of sucking in anything they want. Not that they, or any sane
person/entity, would want this.
