I did an:

apt-get install xca

and poked around long enough to say: Nice. :)

Gonna have to play a bit, but looks like little more polished than TinyCA.

I have started using it for most of my CA needs.  It beats the hell out
of maintaining individual .conf files for openssl manually.  Still
looking for an open source (non-java) online OSCP implementation if
anyone has any recommendations :)
