OT: Calendar syncing for Droid X2

Hey guys,

Helping out someone I know.  Does anyone on the list have a Droid X2 =
smartphone, and syncs to their Microsoft Outlook calendar?  If so, how =
do you accomplish that.  I'm trying to help a fellow that has a small =
business, and needs to sync his calendar on his Droid X2 with his =
calendar in Microsoft Outlook.  He is not using Google apps for mail =
service, but instead gets mail through his internet service provider.

The solution he's currently trying to implement, which he found on a =
Droid X2 forum, involves setting up a Microsoft Hotmail account just for =
calendaring, and syncing through that account.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
