Lua wins out over Java script for wikipedia

Lua uses 1-indexed numbering instead of 0-indexed numbering, which I think
is really really annoying.

Other than that, it's ok.

AND, I just remembered this. It doesn't support unicode or i18n out of the
box. That will annoy *a lot* of people.

As well as '--' comments and '..' concatenations those get annoying real
fast, even more so when you have been writing Lua for a while then have to
switch languages.
